The new Google Lens app can help you with this. You can use this app to quickly copy and paste text from paper notes and documents to your phone to save time. Now, when you select text from the app, you can click "copy to computer" to quickly paste it onto another registered Chrome device. This is great for those with neat, legible handwriting to transfer their notes to their PC without having to retype them.

Copying text to your computer requires  the latest version of Chrome , and you must be signed in to the same Google Account on both devices.
