A model of a rotary film evaporator with a film-forming element with a reflective heated surface has been developed. This will allow stabilizing the hydraulic movement of the cut wave flow due to the reflective surface of the geometric shape for the forced direction of the cut raw material to the heating surface. Autonomous heating of the reflective surface additionally provides a temperature effect in the conditions of movement of particles of raw materials after cutting.
To implement the operation of a radio technical complex according to its technical condition, it is necessary to jointly evaluate its reliability and residual life indices with required accuracy and reliability and minimization of the scope of special tests. The known methods are focused on separate solutions to the problems of estimating these indices as applied to the regulated strategy.
When heating liquid and paste-type products, enterprises in the food industry commonly use scraper heat exchangers, which, given their high heat treatment intensity, make it possible to retain the original properties of the treated raw materials. Most heat exchangers demonstrate an unstable stabilizing effect: the vapor pressure ‒ the temperature that leads to damage to raw materials, under conditions of significant energy- and metal capacity. It is possible to eliminate these drawbacks by using a temperature-stable flexible film resistive electric heater of the radiating type as a heater in an improved scraper heat exchanger.
For the problem of formation of project teams, in particular, scientific research project groups, there was proposed the comprehensive method, which consists of the two-stage method for clustering the graph of citation of scientists’ publications and the method of fuzzy inference for coordination of experts’ opinions on the selection of potential partners and their inclusion in the project group.
The expediency of introduction of dietary supplements based on the chelate complex in food systems and ensuring uniformity of their distribution was substantiated. The objective was to elucidate uniformity of distribution of microelements sorbed on carrier macromolecules and the effect of supplements on functional and technological properties of the dough preparations. Preparations from yeast, puff pastry and unleavened dough with introduced supplements based on the chelate complex were the study subjects.
The process of modification of gas condensate gasolines with monohydric alcohols with subsequent cavitation treatment of these mixtures has been investigated. The expediency of using alcohol additives in fuels and the relevance of introducing into gasoline production such chemical technologies that use cavitation processing of raw materials and selective energy supply to the reaction zone have been substantiated.
The number of somatic cells in cow milk affects its quality indi-cators, grade and safety. The level of somatic cells in milk depends on the state of the udder in animals. That is why it is important to diagnose sub-clinical mastitis of cows and prevent its occurrence. The performed studies made it possible to determine the histolo-gical spectrum of somatic cells in cows of the Ukrainian black-speck-led dairy breed. It was experimentally proved that the microorga-nisms, selected from the cow udder skin are identical to the microflora, which causes sub-clinical mastitis disease in cows.
The radio monitoring of radiation and interference with electronic means is characterized by the issue related to the structural-parametric a priori uncertainty about the type and parameters of the ensemble of signals by radio-emitting sources. Given this, it is a relevant task to devise a technique for the mathematical notation of signals in order to implement their processing, overcoming their a priori uncertainty in terms of form and parameters.
